Christian Egense is a skilled Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years of experience in executive search, headhunting, in-house recruitment and employer branding.

Following a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Communication from Aalborg University, Christian graduated from Copenhagen Business School with a master’s degree in Human Resource Management.

Prior to joining Think About People, Christian worked with Talent Acquisition at one of the fastest growing Danish IT companies with a primary focus on hiring IT profiles for various positions.

His ability to combine insights with in-house recruitment as well as headhunting allows Christian to evaluate customer needs and successfully identify and recruit the right candidates. Both commercial and digital recruitment are among his areas of expertise.
