Linnea Landgren is a Recruitment Consultant with experience in executive search, recruiting, headhunting, and business development.

Linnea is originally from Sweden and after living abroad for two years in Philadelphia, USA she moved to Copenhagen to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Sociology at Copenhagen Business School.

Before joining Think About People, Linnea worked as a consultant for a recruitment agency where she primarily carried out headhunting, recruitment, and executive search for Life Science companies in the Nordics, while being part of business development at the start-up phase of the agency.

Linnea is passionate about the relationship between people and business development, which sparked her interest in helping employers find the right talents based on their needs and goals. Her strong interpersonal skills combined with her consulting experience have given her the competence needed to spot suitable candidates with a good fit for the company.
