Researcher at Think About People

Mathias holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and is currently attending the masters degree in Human Resource Management at Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen.

Mathias is originally from Norway, and prior to joining Think About People he worked both in psychiatry and as a research assistant at NTNU, while being the leader of a sustainable aid-organization cooperating with local organizations in Uganda.

At Think About People, Mathias works as a Researcher, assisting our recruiters while conducting research on potential candidates.
